These Terms and Conditions govern your use of www.flashcar24.com, operated by FlashCar Rental Service.

1. User Agreement

By accessing our platform and booking a vehicle, you agree to these Terms. You must be at least 18 years old to make a booking.

2. Booking and Services

  • FlashCar24 acts as a technology platform connecting users with a pool of available fleet vehicles.
  • Fares displayed at checkout are estimates and may be subject to additional tolls, parking fees, or state taxes unless otherwise specified.

3. User Conduct

Passengers must comply with local laws during rides. Smoking, alcohol consumption, and carrying contraband in vehicles are strictly prohibited. Users are liable for physical damage caused to the vehicle during the trip.

4. Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kolkata, West Bengal.

5. Refund and Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation 24 hours prior to pickup time: 100% refund.
  • Cancellation between 12 to 24 hours prior: 20% fee deducted and 80% refunded.
  • Cancellation less than 12 hours prior or no-show: no refund.

Approved refunds are initiated immediately and credited back to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days, depending on your bank's processing time. For escalations, contact admin@flashcar24.com.

6. Payment Checkout Flow

  1. Search & Selection: user enters route, date, and preferred car type.
  2. Review Booking: available vehicles and estimated fare are displayed.
  3. User Authentication: user logs in or provides guest details.
  4. Checkout & Payment: user is redirected to secure payment gateway.
  5. Transaction Processing: payment is completed via UPI, cards, or net banking.
  6. Confirmation: user returns to the payment confirmation page; receipt is sent after verification.
